Delivery/Shipping charges are paid to the shipping carrier and are Non-Refundable as they did their job of delivering the merchandise. So if you requested a return for any reason other than a incorrect item/defective item delivery, we are unable to compensate for the shipping. It the item is defective or incorrect, which is a fault of ours, we shall take responsibility and gladly refund (if thats what you choose) the cost of the product as well as shipping.
