If you open the package/seal many of the cateogaries primarily any clothing or products that comes in contact with the intimate/private parts of a human is considered un-usable and un-sellable again due to hygiene and security reasons. So all lingerie, underwear, shapewear, legwear, adult toys etc are non-returnable. We also are unable to accept books,games and dvd's back due to the nature of the product.
