We do a quality inspection of most electronic and non electronic products to ensure they arrive to you in new & fully functional condition, thus eliminating any chances/possibilities of shipping faulty products. However if you have received a faulty/damaged product, please inform us under 72 hours of receipt and we will make arrangements to get it picked up and either offer you a free replacement or If you prefer we can get you a store credit which will have 10% additional bonus to partially compensate for the inconvenience you had.
