You can check the status of your order by going to 'My account > Order history' and then clicking the order # and then clicking the appropriate tracking button. You can also click the TRACK NOW options in the 'shipping confirmation' email you received. If you haven't received an email yet, most likely your order/package had not shipped yet. The email looks like this:
